How do you ensure the freshness of your baked goods during shipping?

We bake our items daily and ship them immediately using specialized packaging to maintain moisture and flavor, ensuring they arrive at your door just as delicious as they are in our barn.

Can I ship apple cider to states outside of Tennessee?

Yes, we ship our signature apple cider and cider mixes nationwide. Please note that during extreme temperatures, we may adjust shipping schedules to preserve product integrity.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your apple products allergen-free?

While many of our products do not contain nuts, all items are produced in a facility that processes wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

How long will the apple butter stay fresh after opening?

Our apple butter is shelf-stable until opened. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and is best enjoyed within 6 to 9 months for the highest quality.
